Barney Bentgen graduated from the University of Michigan in 1978 with a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Barney’s 27-year career has included positions as Naval Architect, Engineering Manager, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Operations. With this diverse marine background, Barney brings a unique perspective to MTU Detroit Diesel and has ultimately produced an even more dynamic, capable, and responsive MTU Detroit Diesel Marine Sales & Application Team.
