Kurt Bosshardt is an attorney who concentrates his practice on large yacht transactions. He represents owners only, and will guide them through the sometimes complex issues of building, buying, owning, and managing large yachts. His clients are based primarily in the United States and Europe, but it is not uncommon for him to represent owners of other origins, such as Russia, South Africa, South America, Saudi Arabia, and Israel. Kurt is a graduate from Cornell University and the University of Miami. He has practiced in both common law and civil code jurisdictions, and currently maintains offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and Lucerne, Switzerland. Besides practicing law, Kurt has become an accomplished mariner and pilot. He currently flies for Angel Flight, America and the Department of Homeland Security. He also has a passion for high altitude mountaineering.
